Brief: Campaign to promote new comic book honoring EMS workers made by Marvel and Allegheny Health Network.

Obstacles: This project had a tight deadline and there were many moving pieces from graphics to animation to editing. Additionally, communication between agency and client was more complicated since we had two clients tied to this project.

Solutions: To allow my editor to focus on the edit, I monitored communication with our producer, scanned revisions for proper formatting, and made quick asset adjustments during client meetings so they could watch my editor make adjustments in real time. As a result, we maximized our efficiency without losing any important details along they way.
